I found that it worked surprisingly well. It took a little bit of figuring out how to hold it comfortably to get the sucking action just right. Its a lot softer then most other toys I have used which I found helped accommodate my size better. The end caps to cover everything up is very convenient for storing and privacy and really appreciate the design.
